no receipt-no charge

Today I went to KFC at the Game Centre altho well known for its SHOCKING service, I still had some hope considering I was the only person inside the place. I received my order and then get told the speed point doesn't work. I fortunately had money on me and paid cash altho there is no sign indicating the speed point is out of order. I then proceeded to order crushers and was told the machine wasn't ready either. And the ice cream machine too, was out of order. Really why open your doors when nothing is working and that at 3pm?<br> With a huge sign stating that if no receipt is received, call the manager as your meal will be for free.
