NO ORDER RECEIVED BUT MONEY DEDUCTED!!!

I ordered Online on Friday the 23/02 ,my order didn’t process yet money (R 261,70)was deducted from my account.. I called the store where my order would be coming from which is KFC Bluedowns to check if they received my order maybe the problem is on my side …The lady that assisted me gave me a customer care number to call and further stated that they have been receiving complaints all day regarding the same matter.. I called the number a couple of times even requested a callback and no response…the number puts me on hold until you run out of airtime …ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT KFC AND THEM BEING NEGLIGENT JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE A BIG COMPANY FIRST IT WAS ROTTEN MEAT AND NOW THIS I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH IT WAS,it’s mine
