No order

We went to KFC in Mayfield square and stood at the drive thru for more than 20 min. When we close to order Jennifer starts serving a motorist who is 5 cars away from us and came to the window by foot. We confront her and she goes blank and says that she did not see that i don't know whether it's stupidity or she needs glasses but we were at the window. we called for her manager and a guy by the name of Boitumelo came and he was no help either and very ***********. Those people have no service whats so ever and should not be serving customers if they cannot deal with the pressure and customers. Maximum time being at a drive thru should be less that 3 min but my experience was 30 mins. These people should be trained again on how to treat customers fairly and the GM who gets blamed should come up with a solution for all customers.
