No nice words

So about three weeks ago, I ordered delivery of a fully loaded box meal, I live not even 5km from the shop and was charged R25 delivery charge apart from that my meal came without a burger only a chicken wing and chips and gravy, I have emailed a few times and posted on Facebook but no response from the shop at all. Shocking and terrible. How do I get in contact with someone who will actually respond.
