NO MORE BURGER

18/06/2020, I use my boyfriend's phone to ordered KFC at Elardus Park, using Uber Eats app. When i get my meal, i open my burger and trying to take out the vegs, i saw a worm in the burger with sauce and vegs, and it is BIG. After that i am trying to contact the driver or KFC to explain this "extra free meat". They did phone my boyfriend but people from KFC they don't know what happened and they think it might be the driver who delivery the food. They want us to find the driver so we can solve the problem, but we don't know where to find the driver. 25/06 they phoned to my boyfriend again, because we don't get our money back and no one to explain what is happened. They can make another meal and want us to collect the food from store instead of delivery. Why i am so angry because no one admit the problem and take so long to solve this problem. The takeaway bag they put a sticker on, i don't think the driver would open it and put a worm inside. (If it is small i can understand, but it is big and very clear. ( I have all the pictures.)
