NO MINI LOAF/ WE ARE DOING YOU A FAVOUR!

We were on our way to joburg we decided to stop @ kfc Bethal to buy a streetwise feast 8 piece , so after buying we recognise that the mini loafs were missing when we tell the cashier [NTOMBIFUTHI] She sad that they were out of stock we asked if she cannot give us something to replace the mini loaf she said , no im not suppose to give give you anything. we asked for the manager as it is not our problem for them to run out of stock. THE MANAGER ANGEL came and asked what was wrong wth us we explained and to our suprise she said HMMMM IM DOING YOU A FAVOUR AND SELLING YOU THE CHICKEN!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO BUY YOU CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND THAT HAPPENED IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS .The lady has a very attitude . Is that how KFC staff and management in Mpumalanga are trained??? We were so disappointed that we will never recognise that kfc in future and i have told all my friends and family in MP about the service that i got. A WHOLE MANAGER WITH BAD ATTITUDE AND VERY RUDE. SHOCKED!!
