No Mash Available

It saddens me that i have ti write this complaint on one of my favourite franchise. Let me start by saying that its very disappoint that every morning when you arrive at this particular KFC King Dinizulu, you need to wait outside for more than 20 minutes waiting for them to open yet the time for trading hours written on the door is 06:00. You stand there waiting whilst the staff is still having their morning chat and the security guard staring at you like you lost till 06:25. When the security guard finally decided to open up i went to the cashier to place my order and was told i need to have the exact amount of money, ok that's understandable in a way because its still early even though petty cash should be available. when i placed my order i was told that i was not going to get mash and gravy as they didn't not have but that was no surprise to me as i have never received mash and gravy with my meal as they never have it but the meal comes with it. When i was done and paid i then asked for my change and receipt of purchase but didn't get the receipt as the till would not open. i had to wait for the next person to walk and buy so i could get some of my change and not all of it.
