No machines or staff working?

<p>Went to buy the very expensive food at KFC potchefstroom... and after waiting about 7min at the window we finally get our cold chips and the lady just passes it to us(doesnt even say anything) After only 5min she comes back saying that the chicken burgers are busy cooking we have to wait 8min for it in the parking. So i decide to buy a krusher while we wait just to pass the time (spending more money!!!!) And she tells me the ice cream mashine doesnt work !!!! Not to be unfair, but customers pay alot of money to support KFC, the least they can do is train staff to be friendly and profesional and let the customers know when they place the order that it might take a bit longer and then also do some prepping . It wasnt busy when we got there so i cant see why there wasnt any prepping done??? I had to go fetch my food myself anyway after 15min after they told me they would bring it after 8 minutes ... pathetic!!!!!</p>
