No Krushers for months! And more!

I go to this KFC about once a week and have been doing so for months. And I cannot recall this branch ever having Krushers! There is forever a sign up that says no Krushers. What is worse, they also do not sell milkshake anymore. And the ice cream machine is forever broken. I asked the cashier yesterday why they never have krushers and she said it is because the machine is broken. So get it fixed or get another one. It cannot take months to do that? And how can they not have milkshake anymore if the other KFC's are still selling it? Should all franchises not sell the same products? Then another problem with this KFC is their drive through. It is EXTREMELY slow. if you have 4 cars in front of you you must know that you are going to be in that line for about 30 minutes.
