No hand sanitizer at KFC

At the KFC branch in Queenswood, Pretoria, I've asked for hand sanitizer after using the card machine at the drive through. The woman sprayed some lukewarm water on my hands. When I confronted her, she told me it was liquid sanitizer!!! I've send several emails to KFC's head office regarding this issue but after 2 weeks,I still haven't received any feedback. People must be aware that this is a severe issue in the time of Covid.
