NO GRAVY AGAIN

Good day<br> <br> We buy KFC once a week. We always order streetwise 2 with pap and time and again we don't get our gravy. We stay about 10km's from KFC so it is very upsetting when we get home and there is no gravy in the bag - how can you eat pap without gravy. After about the 4th time we didn't get gravy, we started to first look in the bag to make sure everything is in place before we leave. Tonight it happend again - NO Gravy - what is weird is the fact that when we asked for the gravy, they have it immediately available.<br> <br> Can this be sorted out please, because I guess it happens to a lot of people.<br> <br> Thank you
