No gravey after a long wait

We got to kfc at campus square on the evening of the 24th of October 2020. We placed our order and proceeded to wait in the line of the drive-through where we waited more or less 20 minutes just to find out that they were taking long because they had to wait for the chicken... my husband had ordered a streetwise 2 pap with gravey with a side of mash and gravey. We waited another 5 to 10 minutes for the food that we ordered... when we got home we found that there was no gravy with the pap and neither with the mash. In all honesty this is extremely disappointing and unexpected from kfc... the staff wasn't rude but the service was poor quality.
