No gloves and mitten for heads

How does brits kfc at magalies mall allow there people to work with food there. I ordered food just know and NO ONE HAD GLOVES OR A MITTEN ON FOR HAIR. And we must eat the food. One lady was busy with a wrap but also on her phone.
