No food over an hour - no answer

Ordered online an hour later no food, app doesn't allow you to track as it's unavailable. Store can't give answers and cannot advise when delivery will be made. Spoke to Asha who didn't understand the issue at all. I stay less then 2 km from the Glen and still don't have food. Store manager is obviously not available. Absolutely pathetic service from a new store
