No food, no refund, no contact!!!!!

Good day

I am appalled at the service i am receiving or lack there of from this customer services department, i have been waiting for my refund for almost 3 weeks now 20 days to be exact after i was informed it will take 7 to 14 days and even sooner.

I placed an order via your app and it was not confirmed however the money had already been deducted from my bank account. I proceeded immediately to contact the customer care and inform you of the mishap.

I have not received any correspondance or any form of communication since i last sent through the required information in hast hoping that i would get a resolution sooner.

I too work in the service industry and therefore i find this rather pathetic for a company of your stature, you are a fast food giant and yet this is how your clients are being neglected.

I would like an urgent response to my query as i deem this unacceptable.
