No food due to staff been lazy

I always seem to have a problem with the KFC in Rosebank at the Zone Shopping center. When going to KFC the staff are first of all rude. During lunch hour it gets fairly busy and they will have only one cashier working while the rest of them all stand one side, when a client complains to the staff the manager will stand watching instead of assisting he will rather wait to be called. Then they are never consistent with their food today I will get a fresh burger tomorrow my burger will be stale and dry. There has been episodes where the garnish on the burger is also off that parts of the lettuce is black. Then to top it off I have experienced 3 occasions where I have gone to get food at 20:30pm and I get told there is no food in KFC???? When I question why there is no food I get told because they close at 21:00pm. Don't even tell me its because they put their grills off at a certain time either, if your operating hours are until 21:00pm you should serve food until then not give me an ultimatum to what I can have as that is old food that was made and never used during the day. DONT BOTHER CALLING ME and I will make sure nobody that stays at my hotel makes use of this KFC ever again.
