No Fillet and Cold Pops

We ordered two twister meals, pops and hot chocolate. Once I was about to put my pin code in to pay, I was informed I will have to wait for the fillet to be cooked, exactly 15 mins (Lenah said). I asked why they didn't have fillers ready, Georgina said its because they want to give us fresh food. 21h05 we got the food, no pops in my bag, only when I asked abt the pops - did they pack them in. We left the STORE with dry and cold pops. The Shift Manager Leah, just stood there and looked.
