NO feedback on complaint logged

I logged a complaint on 13 Jan 2015. <br> The call has been closed twice already with No feedback, so I re-opened the call every time. <br> The last was 2 March, and up until today, no feedback. <br> <br> The store is cheating the system and not following there procedures.<br> Please assist.
