KFC just does not care about its customers and just acts as if it does. I put in a complaint about the KFC in Park Station the one near plain street. To my surprise the manager of the other outlet in park station phones me and when i tell him that i was referring to the other outlet , that was as far as it went. I have complaint numerous times about the hygiene, quality and type of service that one receives from this outlet and was even at one stage informed that the matter would be escalated BUT TO NO AVAIL. IS THIS WHAT KFC HAS COME TOO. No wonder places like chicken Liken are booming.
