No fairness

Went to the drive thru of this store. Many cars sitting in the Queue waiting their turn to be served.<br> Up walk pedestrians and block our view of the menu. They then walk to the drive thru window and place orders. <br> Nevermind the cars already in the queue, for whom the drive thru is made for.<br> Why did you staff permit people using the vehicle drive thru? We all say waiting out turns but priority given to those on foot. SO we all had to allow about 20 people pushing ahead of us - PATHETIC KFC AS ALWAYS
