No delivery...No refund - Flippen useless service

Will never order from them again. Placed an order online... next I got an SMS telling me the order has been canceled and they couldn't get hold of me - which is total bul**** because no calls were made to me. Then I got promised that they will refund me within 48 hours - it is now seven days later and still no refund... Maybe they do this to all their customers and keep the money in the bank in order to draw interest. Flippen useless as Eskom
