No Delivery on what they promote on TV

On the 16th KFC was is running a promotion on a bucket of chicken for 99.90 . I went to the KFC in town cbd Pretoria they told me that they don't have chicken, I understood and they are busy addvatising it again for the date of the 24th of January again still to be faced with the same problem at KFC super stadium telling us at head office did not give them a go ahead to sell.
