No Delivery of order and I've already paid

Non Delivery of An Order Already paid for and No Refund I placed an order with KFC Sunninghill on the 10th of July 2023 around 18:00 and I waited at 18:35 I decided to check my order than it said my order was cancelled, mind you money has been deducted from my account. So I contacted KFC Sunninghill and they told me they don't deliver so I had to contact KFC online and they told me that there are no drivers available so I asked why was the order accepted if they knew there were no drives. I was told I will get my money in the 11th of July but I haven't received it yet. No one is contacting me for my refund, and I'm using my energy and airtime to call for my own money

It was *********** for KFC to accept and order online with out confirming if they have drivers or not becasue now they are in possession of money and I have to wait for how long. I'm really disappointed in KFC 🚮🚮🚮🚮
