No Delivery- No show up! 1 hour wasted!

<p>Hi, about 2days ago, we placed an order for the family dinner, we were told to wait for 30 to 40 minutes. All was well, and we actually waited for the delivery. 1 hour 5 minutes later, boom, a call from Gezina, sorry bhuti, we cant deliver your order as we don't have a transport. ***? I am here seated with my inlaws, how do I begin telling them that foods they ordered are no longer coming? I had to go all out to look for food, I must say that I am so dissapointed. I understand that the challenge of transport is beyond control, but couldnt they at least establish that before taking our order? I am so dissapointed. But thanks for the experience, it will help me even at my work place. Thats it!</p>
