NO DELIVERY IN HARTBEE****RT AREA

As per telephonic conversation with Karabo, Manager of KFC Islands Mall, Hartbee****rtdam, i would like to know..... They are one of the new shops, but dont have a delivery facility???? DONT KFC INVEST ENOUGH for new shops with delivery facility?
