No delivery

My wife had ordered KFC for lunch as we were hungry and decided to order food because we working from home. The driver 'apparently arrives'... we then get an sms stating that there was a problem with your delivery and we have refunded you.... I have to wait 7-14 working days because your service is pathetic?

The very same evening I had tried to order again and the very same scenario had occurred.

How useless does your own delivery system become? You are competing against other fast food takeaways and yet you don't deliver at all and yet you have a delivery option?
