no cutomer service

Spar Belhar ( Cavalier Centre) has the worst service ever. Kfc Belhar has always had bad service but after the renovations i thought things would improve... i went to KFC last night because the kids was hungry and wanted burgers.... we stood 3rd in line by the drive through... we waited about 30 mins as the car infront, was standing by the window to order that long... the driver and the passenger got out to do something around the corner, came back and had a chat with some staff from KFC outside the car.... finally after so long the car left, and within 5 mins we came to the ordering window, the cashier sitting by the window was laying over the till taking our order, only to be told that the card machine dont work and she cant help us. i then called the manager to explain to her that we waited aboout 30 mins in the line only to be told that she cant help us and she insisted there is a notice outside, but after sitting 30 mins outside looking around, we definetly would of seen a notice, and didnt apoligise, she said we have to go draw the money ( stand in the line again) or go into the front ( if we wanted to go in t, we would of did that in the first place) couldnt she go to the front of the shop and get the machine?... the manager was so rude..i then asked for her name and she shouted SHARON and walked about giving some comments.... i personally will never go to KFC belhar again... i rode all the way to KFC parow and i got the best service ever.
