No customer service

Was at your franchise in Westridge Mitchell's Plain,I did a online order and when I got there my meal wasn't packed and they wanted me to stand in the line,as I was trying to explain it's a online order that's already paid for they did not take note of me. I called another staff member and explained to her that I paid online and checked in 15 minutes ago they then proceeded to pack my order,I got home home 10 minutes after that when I opened my meals I was missing a 5 piece and a large chips, I had to drive all the way back to the store came inside and the lady that packed my order said there was no 5 piece and large chips on my order after arguing with them a guy from the back came and said the 5 piece is on the rack and she didn't pack it in....I never got a apology or anything she just popped the chicken and chips in a new bag and turned around and went back to what she was doing,its not the first time I received bad service from this store and the staff needs to be trained on customer service and what online orders are...very pathetic
