No customer service, Back chatting customers,swearing and lack of professionalism

<p>Yesterday Morning I went to the KFC next to Bree at about past 8 am. I went to go buy 5 pieces of meat and I was assisted by the lady called 5 Limanga (these are the details I got from the receit). I asked that lady how long will it take for my order to be done and she said she doesn´t know, it is not her job to tell me that. I asked her if she wont be able to ask the people preparing the meat to estimate and she said I must then jump and come ask them myself because I am not her manager to order her around, what she knows is that they will put it and she will take it out. I asked her what exactly is she going to take out and she said (yona) meaning it. I said to her listen lady, I have never had any issues in any KFC when I asked how long will my order will take and her response was we are different we not the same. I said to her lady the way you speaking to me right now is not acceptable and her response was like I said, you are not my manager to tell me how to speak to you or what to do, she also said and I quote¨bowungekho mengi kgoshela lomsebenzi so you´ve nothing to tell me.¨ My order came and I left, when I got to the car I checked inside the order bag and found that my slip/receit was not there. I went back to the shop and asked for the slip back only to find out that she threw my slip away. It took her and her colleagues 10-15minutes to find the slip. the slip was folded and thrown inside the bin. The way that lady was speaking to me and confident in how she was speaking to me shows how many customers she has offended and she didn´t see the wrong in what she did and was not even apologetic. I pitty the person that considered her c.v because she is not showing values that the other KFC employees show but instead she is breaking KFC apart as I already shared my experience with my family and friends on Instagram and whatssap warning them not to consider buying from the KFC next to bree.</p>
