No customer service

March I placed a order on KFC delivery app ,order was accepted money was taken from my acc however no driver accepted at the time or a few minutes I was told no driver available and i will be refunded to date i still have no received my refund and whenever i call the store I'm told customer service deal with that

On the 29th may I pla ed another order on the app money was taken however order was cancelled and I still have no received my funds and nobody bothers to call me from customer service to follow up for both instances
