No customer service

I did make a mistake with my order on the self-help machine. The manager spend so much time trying to find who is responsible for the error instead of refunding me. Eventually after helping her with the maths, we could agree on a solution. I tried to leave a review on their app but is telling me already done. How is that possible. Manager was not friendly and the way she approached the situation was very unprofessional.
