No customer service....

I just placed a watsapp order for kfc canal walk. Shell garage. When going to the drive thru they said I cannot find your order. I must come in. I told the lady I would not like to come in as there is no parking. I went to the window and explained again to the lady they told me it prints infront only. I then asked can't you get the slip I give you the cash and you give it to me at the drive through window. They just said no they can't there is other people in the que, there was only one car behind me and I was the only vehicle ahead.

Things are supposed to be so convenient, this experience wasn't convenient.
