No Customer Service

Good day KFC,

we bought KFC yesterday as it was my aunts birthday. KFC please can the gentleman that coats the chicken that we put in our stomach in use gloves? We did ask why he wasn’t wearing any and we were told that as he works only on coating the chicken it’s not a requirement for him to do so. What was also disturbing is that another lady was sorting the burgers and she was also not wearing gloves. Hand sanitizers were also not visible so I just wonder if there are any. Can I also please ask that if we bring forth a complain, please can the staff not gather together and start discussing us as the customers. please can they wait for us to leave the store and not give us any funny looks. We need to bring up any concerns that we have and if they treat us like that we will simply go somewhere else.

If there was negative scoring I would give you a negative score. Firstly the lady from the call center did not have any empathy at all. The call sounded very scripted. What happens after you sending me the ref number? Its annoying that a person who has no real face to face time with the customer would call and apologies "on behalf of the store". What is also sickening is that she said there are buckets in the stores that your employees use to sterilize their hands. So they continuously wash their hands in that water? Are we eating filth? This is very concerning???
