no customer service

I went to get my family a Family feast..and the lady who was serving me was busy chatting with her colleagues and also her manager,they were making a lot of noise.. she didn't give me my receipt and change back..I had bought the Family feast of 6(-R130)I gave her R150 and she was busy chatting and laughing..when she gave me the meal I asked for my change and she said she gave it to me but then I asked her were is my receipt and she also said she gave it to me but she didn't,I even showed her de money I had in my purse there was no R20 or a receipt..I was too exhuasted to make noise or be in a confrontation with her so I went home..I checked everywhere in my purse and bag but I promise she ddnt give..I felt stupid and offended..I hope the service changes and attitude
