No customer care

On Tuesday it was known that there's a special for wings. I went to KFC in Middleburg Cnr Walter Sisulu and SAD Street. Spend more than 30 minutes on the drive through queu only to be told when it's my turn to buy that the wings are finished. It was about 18h45. They day they close at 23h00. Why Did not make enough for the nationally announced promotion. The service in that KFC is pathetic. A week ago I went to buy there and I was told the meat is finished I must go to the KFC at ***en Ntuli Street. This is not on waisted my petrol and time for sweet nothing.
