No cups for breakfast meals

I went to buy breakfast around 8am at KFC situated at Cnr Pretorius and Queen Str., Pretoria CBD, and I was told that they cannot take my order because there are no cups for hot beverages. How does a whole KFC not have cups? I regularly buy breakfast at KFC but I was today I was very disappointed.
