No Crunch in Crunch Master!

On 25 October 2018 my daughter insisted on having KFC for supper, so i took her to KFC at the South dale shopping center. To my surprise, i noticed that instead of the Boxmaster, they now have the Crunchmaster. I wasn't very keen because i really enjoy the zinger box master, but seeing that was no longer on the menu, i ordered the Crunch Master with a zinger fillet, the cashier said it does not come with a zinger fillet, so i requested they add zinger sauce, she said they can replace the other two sauces with the zinger sauce, i agreed. I'm going to be brutally honest, it was not good at all, it was like having a twister with an extra fillet, but extremely dry and the two fillets weren't even separated, which makes it harder to eat, and it was not in the least bit crunchy at all. Perhaps its the way they are making the crunch master at the South Dale branch, because i also tried the Dunked Burger and i also did not enjoy it, the chicken patty tasted as if the sauce was just drizzled in sauce instead of actually dunked. I still have my receipt at home, but can you please place the Box master back on the menu, there's nothing Crunchy or nice about the Crunch Master
