No Communication from staff -BAD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Utterly poor service, all whilst doing what they require.

Went into KFC Durbanville, in Wellington road. Placed an order at the counter, and were told the chicken would take 20 mins to be ready. After making a call to inform those waiting on me, that the Chicken would take 20mins, and that it might effect the time frame were forced to work in, all good. After I've decided to rather wait, I had to request when my order would be ready... this is now between 45-55 mins later than the initial 20 mins. Several other customers came and gone with their chicken. I RATHER NOT SUPPORT THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!
