No communication

I am not happy with KFC jabulani mall this is the second time I try to rider from them in a space of less than a week on Uber eats they accept the order and the app notified me they were preparing the order only when a driver gets to the shop to collect the order then they are notified that they have ingredients to make the order that time I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for food at the end I need to go through a lengthy admin process to cancel the order. This time of incompetence is unacceptable
