No communication

The service there doesn't get better at all and. Yesterday on the 27th June we went to buy. The time was around 18:30. When we got there it was closed and there were people inside, however their closing time is 21:00 or 22:00. No one came to explain to us while we were standing at the door. After a while when the lady opened up still she was not explaining anything, I had to ask her what the problem was. She answered with an attitude "we must close now because it's loadshedding at 20:00 and we must clean up because KFC doesn't pay us for overtime"
