No Choice given at KFC

I don't know if it's just me, but lately I've been very surprised by the things that happen at KFC.

The other day I went to buy; wanted a Streetwise 2 and Snack Burgers. I prefer white meat so I usually order either a side breast and centre breast or one of those with a drum stick. When I ordered I was told that they only had thighs and drum sticks, so I asked when will the next batch of meat be ready. The lady who was assisting me told me that they only had thighs and drum sticks as that is how they order and all the packets of meat at Diepkloof only had thighs and drum sticks.

My mother is a former KFC employee and I have never heard of what I was told that day. And as a paying customer I don't think it's fair that KFC only packs certain pieces without informing all the customers publicly.
