No Chicken, No Service @ KFC

KFC is a fast food chain. It's not the first time i encounter the situation that there is either no chicken or a waiting period of 15 minutes. COME ON, be serious! "Drive through" is not suppose to be a "order and wait". Please take a serious look at managing this fast food chain as it's focus on customer satisfaction is non existing.
