No Chicken No PAP

Hi, I am a regular at the KFC in Klipfontein Road, Corner 3rd Avenue, Cape Town. Last night at around 21 : 15 I was in the drive through which now takes very long as they stop you before you can pass the time sensors and a lady is standing outside the before the window in which you normally place your order at. After my 15 minute wait I arrived at the lady and I wanted to place my order for two streetwise twos with pap, it was now 21 : 30 they did not have pap from earlier as per the lady, there were out of side and center pieces(side breast and center breast). I drive all the way to KFC looking forward to the Pap and this is the 3rd time that they did not have any. This is not a meal that I at home cook. So we look forward to purchasing it there. I went home Hungry, Angry and disappointed! Why do they have to keep the traffic up with people placing their orders before the window and sensors?? WHY!?
