No chicken at KFC

Let me start of by saying we prefer to go KFC hemingways than KFC Vincent. The service used to be very good, up till tonight. Me and my family went at 8:25 , point number 1: No card machine working, only cash, I went to draw cash while my wife placed the order. Point number 2: We wanted the 10 piece family meal , we where inform only 8 pieces are available!. Point number 3: No cups for the ice-creams, no trays either! Point number 4: Cashier Pamela attitude was the cherry on the top, she was dancing and it appears that she thought the whole situation very amusing! The manager\ Athie"on duty was not at all very helpful. She did not apologies for any inconvenience caused but rather seem more interested in closing the doors 5 minutes before 9! This behavior is unacceptable and I will escalate this matter further. """
