No checking of orders!
I went to the Kfc in Brixton last night and ordered a tower rounder meal and a sweet chilli wrap. Trusting KFC, I did not check that I everything was correct - I headed home. Only to findout later that the lady dispatiching the orders did not check the order either and instead of a Tower rounder,I was given a plain crunch burger yet I was charged for the Tower rounder. The KFC is 20km away from my home and there was no way I was going to go back.
