No change so customers short changed - KFC North Beach

All KFC options end with R00.90. I purchased a product for R79.90. I paid with a R100 note expecting R20.10 change. I received R20.00. I had to ask for the 10c change. The teller had already closed her till and offered to give me the 10c when she served another customer. She scratched around in her till and evidently could not find a 10c coin to give me. She then took out a handful of coins from her pocket, placed it all on the counter and made a big scene of "looking" for a 10c coin. I waited patiently and was rewarded with a 10c coin. After receiving my order i asked to see the Store Manager who was courteous. I was shocked to learn that "perhaps" the teller had no 10c coins in the till. I didn't believe the story. She either knew about this practice or she is a poor manager. This means that every cash paying customer who bought a single meal was short changed for 10c per purchase. I can't imagine how much the teller or KFC is making like this. Poor show for such a big brand.
