No box box meal

I orderd a Fully loaded box meal on uber eats from KFC Braamfontrein. I asked for tomato to please be removed, the tomato was not removed. When my food got to me the "Fully Loaded BOX Meal"-was not even in a box, thus all my mash and gravy spilt everywhere. This was very disgusting and no mash was even left in the container. After I cleaned everything, I realized the tomato, also of how small the chicken was that was on the burger. The complete and utter most worse experience I have ever had with KFC. Not happy at all, waste of R100.
