No attention to detail
I just tried to buy a meal at kfc cresta mall. The cashiers are too slow and after waiting for a long time, nonni decides to serve the customer that came after me which I am not happy about. Being on the service industry myself, paying attention to your surrounding is pivotal. I left and decided to get meal at your competitor.
