No attendance at drive thru

This is a second occasion. Just before 8am today I went to KFC Melville to get myself some breakfast. I waited in the drive-thru window for a good 3 minutes with no one to take my order. What is the point of a drive thru if there is no one to attend to customers. I could hear the staff chatting to each other in the inside yet there was no one at the window. I WAITED and shouted HELLO and there was no coming nor responding and I drove off. Terrible service!
