No attempt at service at KFC

Stood in a que for 10 minutes outside the KFC, just to get to the front door to be told sorry we are closing. No more people. This was 18:50. I understand the curfew, but then tell people no more orders after 18:30, or ensure they don't waste their time to stand in the que. The employees there could not care less. They were just waiting for that clock to get out of there.
